You do not have to carry it alone, and you do not have to have the right words ready. These lines are answered by people, they are free to reach, and nothing you say leaves the conversation.

Safe Space Line

Talk or chat anonymously about anything you are carrying. This is the heart of the network and the first place most people start.

If life is in immediate danger. Our lines are not a 24 hour emergency service. If you or someone near you is in immediate physical danger, please contact emergency services on 999 or 112, or go to the nearest hospital, and then come back to us when you are safe. We will still be here.

Free to reach. Confidential. Open to every age, gender and background.

Who we walk with

For the people who show up for everyone else, and for everyone else too

Our particular emphasis is the people who respond to the world's emergencies. Our doors are open to everyone else in exactly the same way, without discrimination, because trauma does not sort people by occupation and neither do we.

Humanitarian and aid workers

Support before deployment, during it, and through the strange, quiet season of coming home when everyone assumes you are fine because you are back.

Emergency responders

For the first to arrive at the scene and the last to speak about it. A place to finally set it down without being told to toughen up.

Frontline health workers

Doctors, nurses, clinical officers and community health volunteers carrying other people's worst days on top of their own lives.

Families and loved ones

Loving someone who serves can be its own kind of frontline. We help partners, parents and children understand what is happening and how to reconnect.

Survivors of trauma and violence

Including survivors of gender-based violence, displacement, loss and events that have no tidy name. You do not need to explain everything to be believed here.

And anyone carrying something heavy

You do not need a uniform, a job title or a diagnosis to walk through our doors. Young people, older people, students, workers, parents, the quietly exhausted. If trauma, stress, grief or a struggling mind has found you, whoever you are, however old you are, whatever you can or cannot pay, this network is yours too. We were born on the frontline, and healing here has no gate.

Open to every age, gender and background. Nobody is turned away because they cannot pay.
